Both Stages of TWM's MazdaSpeed 6 short shifter are also available with optional shifter base bushings to
provide a more solid contact point between the shift assembly
and lower mounting point to remove unwanted flex or play in the stock shifter. These bushings
retail for $24.95 plus shipping when purchased alone, however they can be added for only $19.95
when purchased together with the short shifter.
The Stage 1 TWM short shifter maintains stock shift knob height, and is of course compatible with our
weighted stainless steel
shift knobs
The Stage 2 TWM short shifter for the MazdaSpeed 6 reduces shift knob height by 1", and is also compatible with our
weighted stainless steel
TWM shift knobs
for a sportier look and feel. Be sure to add a TWM shift knob to the short shifter for the
ultimate shift feel and performance that only a weighted shift knob can bring.
